Art-challenge: day#19 21/08/2018 12:32
Hi everyone! This is 19th day of my art-challenge. And I think it’s a good time to remind of what does it mean. I’ve started my personal art-challenge and I have to paint one expressive picture every day, and I have to write a little text about anything, but on english. Because I’m learnirg english and try to emprove my speaking skills (just writing, of course, but it’s better than nothing). And what about picture that I make. These are a short-time works, without prior planning, just abctraction and mood. It’s not my usually working style and this is major sense of art-challenge: to try paint as I had never painted before, set free my mind and to leave the comfort zone.
Do you know what is it the most interesting in this challenge? These are your opinions. And I’ve remembered a book of one art-critic. He wrote one good reflection, I’ll tell about it in my own words. All people sure that the art is very seriously thing. We all and always try regard with art very seriously, because we think that the art is too serious to have a bit humor. If your art-works have a touch of carelessness and a light-mindedness, they are considered superficial and impudent. As if they are attempting on something sacred. But excessive enthusiasm and concentration damage to the art by the same way as excessive light-mindedness.
I think there is a deep sense in this idea.
See you later! Have a nice day!
